During the Q & A interview, Enright asked Aune, “What do you think makes Prairie distinctly Minnesotan?” Aune said, “Since the finest vodkas are made from distilled grain and water, we chose a place rich in both. The land of 10,000 lakes is also the heartland of American corn, a grain that makes Prairie Organic Vodka so smooth. When it comes to vodka, it doesn’t get better than ‘Made in Minnesota.'”  For the full interview and a tasty cocktail recipe, read here.

Oil & Gas Monitor expert, Kenny Hill, Victory Energy Corp.

Kenny Hill, Victory Energy Corporation Chief Executive Officer and Director discusses issues impacting the oil and gas industry in Oil & Gas Monitor.

“As executives in the oil and gas business, we work very hard to keep an eye on the fundamentals of our business when evaluating risk and opportunity. We build strategies that are catered to our available capital, our expertise and the playing field that we see in front of us. When I was originally asked to write this article I planned to focus on all of these things, however after reading several “top 10” lists from some of the biggest research houses, consulting companies, accounting firms and our government, it occurred to me that few of them addressed what I believe is one of the biggest risks and opportunities for our industry; people and the power they have in directing our future. With that in mind, here is my list of the top three important issues in our industry and how we need to take action to impact these issues.”

Our Super Bowl Win

Posted on

This year, UV Vodka’s Super Bowl cocktails received a spirited crowd response!

One of the benefits of our smart and nimble team of publicists is that we’re able to immediately and successfully position our clients where it matters.

As soon as the Super Bowl teams were announced, we huddled to create cocktails inspired by each team. UV Vodka was used for its great flavors, colors, price point and wide availability. After exhausting a multitude of ideas for the Baltimore Ravens, we threw a Hail Mary with Raven on the Rocks.

Northeastern Ohio’s largest daily newspaper, The Plain Dealer, gave UV Vodka a touchdown in their Super Bowl XLVII story: “Cheers! The folks at UV Vodka were among the first to name drinks for this game. Choose from a Raven on the Rocks (one part UV grape, one part lemon-lime soda, add a splash of sweet and sour mix) or the Bay Bomb (one part UV cherry, three parts cola.) Serve either over ice in a highball glass.”

Additionally, OK! Magazine, Glam.com, Detroit News, Single Minded Women, TasteTV, Lake Michigan Shore, numerous blogs and social media outlets included our game day cocktails. It’s a huge win to be the first to tell a client’s story, especially with the fierce competition of countless liquor brands with powerful marketing budgets.

Score for the Roepke team!
