There is no better way to celebrate the end of summer with some delicious cucumber cocktails! Chilled Magazine shared some wonderful recipes courtesy of D’Amico Catering, Masa, Parma 8200, and The Continental.
-4 oz Crater Lake Sweet Ginger Vodka
-Splash of sweet and sour mix
Muddle rosemary and lemon in cocktail shaker. Add ice and Crater Lake Sweet Ginger Vodka. Shake and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a lemon wheel.

Prairie Green Tea Cooler
- 2 oz Prairie Organic cucumber-flavored vodka
- 4 oz freshly brewed and chilled green tea
- 1 Tbsp organic honey
- 1 lime wedge, squeezed
- MIX all ingredients. Serve over ice, and garnish with mint and lime. Serves 1.
