Building an Organizational Culture

In the second section of “The Importance of Organizational Culture” article, Liz Ferron, Dr. Daniel J. Whitlock and Dr. Robert Stark discuss the steps that can be taken to close the gaps that were identified so physicians can build an organizational culture.

The Importance of Organizational Culture
