The Fall 2013 print issue of Drinks Magazine includes the newest product extensions from both Prairie Organic Spirits and UV Vodka. Prairie Green Tea Cooler
- 2 oz Prairie Organic cucumber-flavored vodka
- 4 oz freshly brewed and chilled green tea
- 1 Tbsp organic honey
- 1 lime wedge, squeezed
- MIX all ingredients. Serve over ice, and garnish with mint and lime. Serves 1.

Prairie Organic Vodka is featured on l’etoile Magazine as a “Made in Minnesota” spirit, one of the few in the state. Anthony Enright interviewed Jim Aune, Director of Research and Development at Phillips Distilling Company, on the making of Prairie Organic Vodka. Aune has been with the company for over 40 years, creating Prairie and most of the flavors in the Phillips portfolio.
During the Q & A interview, Enright asked Aune, “What do you think makes Prairie distinctly Minnesotan?” Aune said, “Since the finest vodkas are made from distilled grain and water, we chose a place rich in both. The land of 10,000 lakes is also the heartland of American corn, a grain that makes Prairie Organic Vodka so smooth.
