  • Katherine Roepke

    CEO & PRESIDENT

    Katherine Roepke is a global business leader, with over 40 years of experience in corporate communications, and marketing. Katherine is an accomplished C-suite strategic corporate communications leader, trusted advisor to CEOs, and corporate leadership for her experience in media relations, digital and social media communications, corporate communications, reputation management, internal communications, positioning and preparing C-suite executives for external audiences. She is known for her strategic mindset with the innate ability to look ahead, anticipate future circumstances, develop, and successfully implement breakthrough communications strategies for all audiences, including investors, media, and employees. She also leads marketing communications teams to be a powerful accelerant for high-growth companies.

    In addition to possessing an exceptional understanding of corporate communications, she has an acute understanding of finance, and corporate financials, with the primary mission of increasing revenue for clients, and their stakeholders. Brands, VCs, and investors turn to her team to develop aggressive growth strategies through marketing communications to increase value, and strategically position companies for acquisition.

  • Natalie Howell

    VICE PRESIDENT

    Natalie Howell is a results-driven media relations expert and serves as a primary liaison between Roepke Communications clients and the media. Natalie generates breakthrough ideas that capture the attention of global editors, reporters, and producers - and is responsible for securing broadcast, print and online editorial coverage for clients of the agency.

    Skilled at facilitating partnerships with key media, influencers and tastemakers, Natalie has strong relationships with members of the national and regional press, and the digital community. She manages numerous high-profile social media accounts and works with clients to execute innovative campaigns. Skilled at positioning clients, Howell oversees communications, while providing strategic counsel and support to client’s senior leadership.

  • Golnaz Yamoutpour, MBA, MSc

    HEAD OF DIGITAL STRATEGY

    Golnaz Yamoutpour started working in digital media in 2014 and was one of the early adopters in the age of social media growth and branding. She approaches work from an analytical and creative perspective, while understanding the fundamentals of business and organizational development.

    Golnaz started her own influencer brand on Instagram, which placed her on the map when it came to strategy, innovation, brand management and organic growth. Her work has gained national recognition and received multiple awards. She’s been a guest contributor on multiple media outlets like Artful Living, Eater, Infatuation, Twin Cities Live, The Jason Show, and more.

    With her big picture approach to digital strategy, she values innovation and consistency which are the building blocks of a successful brand in the digital space.

    In addition, Golnaz is fluent in Farsi (Persian), she holds an MBA in Marketing from Augsburg University, and currently pursuing a Master of Science in Executive Coaching and Organizational Consulting at New York University (NYU).
